FRESHEN UP YOUR LOOK April 15, 2015 Welcome the new season with a fresh new look! Sometimes a change in your appearance can be a little scary, especially if you have been doing the same thing for years.  There are some great looks trending in hair right now and women are finally comfortable with cutting off some hair.  If it is a solid cut keeping the hair below the shoulders around the collar bone, going shorter just grazing the shoulders, or really going for it with a modern feminine pixie cut.  It is so refreshing as a hair stylist to see some of the length out there hit the floor. Another great trend in hair is natural looking hair color accomplished using ombré and balayage techniques.  These techniques can be used without creating high contrasting results and a more natural finish, similar to a young child with natural highlights.  Sometimes less is more. The last look that is hot these days is blonde hair that had been toned in varies pastel shades.  Some are going for the whole head while others take a more subtle approach with a few pieces throughout their look.  These shades can also be blended in complementing natural color and shades.
